Ongoing Mindfulness For Health Meetup Join us for an hour or so to practice mindfulness, guided meditation, and visualization, a powerful path to health, peace, and greater freedom. Greater mindfulness can help you tap into you innate wisdom and learn the language of your bodymind. This will empower you to be more accountable to the messages you are always receiving, especially as physical and emotional distress signals. We will teach you how to correct imbalances with food, learn to trust your intuition, connect with your higher guidance, and become more present. This is open and available to all, but with limited space, so please RSVP and bring a friend!
